Wie jedes Jahr  veranstalten kino5 und NISI MASA auch heuer einen Drehbuchwettbewerb.
Das Thema lautet „Tabu“ (taboo).
Das Drehbuch soll für einen Kurzfilm konzipiert sein.

Wenn du zwischen 18 und 28 Jahre alt bist und deinen Hauptwohnsitz in Österreich hast und darüber hinaus auch noch gerne Drehbücher schreibst, oder es zumindest einmal ausprobieren möchtest, solltest du an diesem internationalen Wettbewerb teilnehmen!

kino5 verreist für 10 Tage nach Jena / Deutschland! In Kooperation mit FILM e.V. Jena veranstalten wir dort ein KinoDynamique vom 24. September bis 2. Oktober!

Summertime: Too hot for the cinema, but great for shooting films! We'll be back with monthly screenings in autumn. The next screening will be in September.

Filmmakers: We accept all films under 5 minutes without prior selection. Films longer than 5 minutes will be watched and selected by us before the screening. In both cases, to enter your film for a screening, send us an email to film(at)kino5.net with your name and contact details, the name and length of the film.

Every month, we offer young and independent filmmakers the opportunity ot project their films on screen. At these screenings, filmmakers, DOPs, musicians, sound engineers and the audience meet to exchange ideas and start new projects...

Once a year we host KinoDynamique: Austrian and international filmmakers meet in Vienna to produce and project short films within 60 hours.

Throughout the year, we organise workshops and air a 30-minute TV show on Okto.

kino5 is part of the international "Kino" movement with its origin in Montreal / Canada (www.kino00.com) and Austrian representative of the European NISI MASA - network.
